Took car in for a tire plug and ended up with dead battery and now dealing with this problem all to get a tire plugged . The manager stated that I may have a loose connection !!! No you moved something around or something. So one day after getting tire plugged waiting on a tow truck to fix this problem .

Greetings everyone. I use the CAR X on Winton road in Finneytown. The manager Brian is one of the best people that you will ever meet. He and his team give the best customer service that I've ever experienced. I have several vehicles that I take there for service. My partner and I we just started our own transportation business T&R and any time I need service for my vehicles to get them back in service Car X makes sure that happens. Keep up the good

Paul was very rude bought new tires Saturday 9/28/24, tire light came on 9/30/2024, loosing air pressure fast ! Came in and he asked me if I can read, then stated had to park in a space before he could assist me! I am also a handicapped person and he was not willing to accommodate me. Not customer friendly at all he does not need to work in customer service. While we were waiting an elderly customer came in to have a tire checked and he turned her away stating that he didn't have time ,and for her to leave her car and he would get to it when he could, with no time frame.He caused her to leave and go next door.This location on Winton Rd won't stay open long with him around. Another woman just came in because Brian told her too and he was rude to her too,and she left.When I asked for the manager he said he was,and we knew that Brian was the manger, so he lied about that too.

After being told I needed a new tire from a car dealer I decided to visit this location. Paul showed me that the nail the dealer said was in my tire wasn't big enough to puncture my tire. Paul, with his honesty saved me from having to buy a new tire. When I asked what I owed, I was told nothing. Glad there are honest businesses out there!

The Winton Rd location was able to verify over the phone that the item I needed was in stock (another auto shop on Winton could not do this without me bringing my car in). I had my car onsite the next morning and was on my way in under 30 minutes. Brian was great to work with. I appreciate the service and convenience I received here. Thanks, Car-X. I'll be back (hopefully not for a looong while, though).

I have been coming to Car X ever since I first discovered their unbeatable coupons in Reach magazine. Ever since then, I have been to the one on Asbury road, Colerain Ave, and now recently Winton Rd. Every single visit I am greeted with nice people who give better prices than you'll find most places. They recently had to tackle a not-so-popular Chevy van of mine that has no aftermarket for parts and honestly should have been condemned to the scrap heap. Paul and Brian took care of everything and went above and beyond sourcing parts and going on scavenger hunts for things near impossible to obtain these days. Dealership refused to touch the thing, except one location willing to charge ridiculous amounts in labor. They assured me the van was a lost cause and Car X on Winton proved them wrong. I will always trust Car X with my things before bothering with anyone else.

So, I came back on Monday, 4/29, because I had a flat tire from something in parking lot. I was pretty sure, but I actually came back here to Google Maps Reviews to make sure it was CarX, and when it was. So this is how I confirmed it was CarX, and that it was 9 months ago. The tire was covered by the road hazard warranty that I mentioned in the previous review, so I just had to pay for a new Road Hazard Warranty, a tire rotation I requested, and I was done for $46. 9 months ago: Four Cooper Endeavor tires, three year alignment, road hazard warranty, and a full synthetic oil change for $706. I wanted all the tires to match, as I had three different brands and ages on there. They reset a tie rod, too. Took a bit longer than expected, but I believe they did it right.

Best mechanic service I've had in years, in shop or outside! Great customer service, very genuine personable staff. Down to earth people who dont try to get over, even recommended several shops for me in close proximity for work they didnt do. One of the best to stop at in Finneytown area. And wont break your buck like others. Not a lot full of cars, and not a long wait. Good ppl. Brian was awesome.

Ongoing problems with this place . Took my car back for the fourth time for the same issue. Still the same problem exist. I asked for the regional manager but have not heard from him either do not take your car here

Called today to get pricing and the guy I spoke with was very rude! I would never take my car here if my first experience over the phone was terrible. First impressions are everything especially if you have intensions of leaving your car with a person or company!

I have a law suit coming soon! Tom did work on the engine in my truck and didn’t do a good job at all didn’t hook everything back up and did not put the part on right all in all car x is not worth taking your vehicle are money to.!

Love this location. They did in 3 hours a repair that my dealerships recommended garage couldn’t do in 3 days, and they did it for 60% less cost. Thanks to Bill for prompt and thorough service.

Never go to car x. This is the 2nd time I’ve went there with a different vehicle each time to get something simple done and wound up needing expensive repairs on stuff that didn’t need repaired driving up there. Went in for a break inspection now my break petal doesn’t work. But if I pay 1800 bucks they’re gonna fix it ? Go to hell
