I took my car for a fuel injection cleaning. After dropping the car off I asked if they could add a coolant exchange and brake fluid exchange. They were able to get the additional work done the same day. They also found my cabin and engine air filters were in need of replacement. Finally, the hydraulic hood lift was worn out. They were able to fit all the work in on the same day saving me multiple trips. My dealership wanted 50% for the same work.

Very friendly people, and fast service. However, I asked to have my tires rotated and checked because one kept leaking air. I was told I would need new tires eventually before the snow, but everything appeared “fine.” The next day I wake up to my tire low on air, again. So I take it to another shop, and they find a huge screw in the tire. I called back here, and they told me they actually DID NOT rotate my tires, because they recommended new ones. I was not told my tires were not rotated. I felt like my tires were not really checked. And I paid for a service that was oil change AND tire rotation.

Found out what the problem was with my tire indicator light coming on so frequently it was hitting pot holes at high speeds along with hitting curbs that caused the tire indicator light to stay on. I also learned other problems with my Honda during a routine check up because my vehicle has high mileage. I need shocks and there is a transmission leak. Not happy to learn these problems but the transmission Michel Tires pointed this out as well. Honda HRV 2017 EXL

I’ve been bringing my car here for servicing for 20+ years. This is my 1st time bringing my car in under their new name. I think the only thing that has changed is the name. The staff is friendly, courteous, patient with us non gear heads and honest. They do their best to make sure their customers have a good experience. I’ve recommended them to many people over the years.

My first visit there was on a semi emergency to purchase new tires. The gentleman that was there was great the tires seem to be decent enough. So I went back to have the tires aligned . When I got to the store there was five young men gathering at the front desk talking about their arrest and their partying. I just let it go... whatever. But I started to get antsy because I didn't know if anyone was working on my car. finally somebody else comes in and says they can't do the alignment because I need $1,800 worth of work done: tie rod end and outer control arms are bad, he proceeded to tell me that the boot was leaking oil and a tie rod was dry. I don't know what car he was looking at but it wasn't mine. I told him I know cars and it isnt driving like the tie rod etc was bad....so i took it to another garage closer to where I live and they told me I don't need any of that work done. How in the hell can they tell me I needed that much work done and then somebody else that I trust, tells me I don't need it done at all. I have documentation and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau. Do not take your car here!! There has been a heavy turnover and the kids here are just a waste. I will never be back....even though my tires have a warranty.

Very friendly staff here! Stopped in while looking for tires, and they had the best prices compared to several other places I had shopped around locally. Will def consider this place again for other car repair services!

Had a 9:30 appointment and car was not pulled into shop until after 10:00. Requested synthetic blend when I made the appointment. They put in full synthetic without asking and said that is what is recommended. Price was well over double what was expected.

Mal servicio 😡 vine a que me cambiaran una llanta de mi carro un jueves a las 8 de la mañana me dijeron que me lo tendrian tipo 3 de la tarde del mismo dia.Al final me lo terminaron dando hasta el sabado a la 1 de la tarde solo para cambiarme una llanta. Se tomaron 2 dias y medio para cambiarme una llanta. Pesimo servicio. 👎👎👎

Came in on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change and rotation. Went to lunch afterwards and then started doing Uber rides. After an hour or so I realized I was hearing something scrape every time I went over a bump, so I pulled over to see what was happening. The technician didn't close the skip plate. I can't squeeze under the car myself to fix it, and it was too late to go to any other garage. I brought my car in today and explained the issue. The guy at the front desk replied "The skip plate? Anyone can take care of that." Did not offer an apology or any understanding of the inconvenience caused by the technicians 'neglect. I will never be coming here again.

I went to Car X with a 12 year old Dodge Journey with high mileage on it. I said that I wanted 2 new 50 K miles tires for the front end since it was a front-wheel drive car. I said that I could not afford over $400.00. They quoted me $398.00. They said that they needed an hour and a half. I walked to a near by restaurant. When I walked back to pick up my car. I was told that they found me a special deal that came with a new front end alignment and a tire protection Lan on the new tires and it was $10.00 lower than my original quote. I was quoted $40.00 more by other car shops. I paid the bill and went home. Since there was heavy rain, I hadn't taken the time to look at my new tires. Later after the rain. I had to go on an errand, when noticed that Car X had replaced all 4 tires. I consider myself very blessed.
