I downloaded the coupon for buy two get twi free tires. Scheduled an appointment. When I went in for the appointment to get the quote for the tires it was actually the same price I paid for no coupon at a regular Firestone dealership. I asked a representative how is it by two tires and get two tires free but it's the same amount that I paid for four tires with rotation and a warranty with no deal. The representative had no explanation so I canceled the appointment ask for a printout of the estimate called up Firestone and went to Firestone and paid my regular price with no deal and it was still cheaper than their price with the buy two tires get two tires free deal coupon I was kind of sad to me because it is holiday time and you expect a coupon to be able to help you financially the place was located closer to where I actually have moved but the representative seemed as if they really want to overcharge certain types of people. Don't be taking advantage just because you think it's a coupon and it's really a regular deal get quality tires and quality service from honest people.

Very Honest People- I will not be going anywhere else ever again! Do not go to Midas across the street. Full Synthetic Oil change and free tire rotation for less than anyone else I could find. And they fit me in 1 hour before closing on a Saturday!

Service is great! I was looking for 2 tires for my car due to the snow and I thought i was going to Walmart or amazon but luckily they were able to get my 2 tires at an affordable price and get me in and out asap! Loved the service and will be back soon!

I always have a good experience at this business.i purchased tires from them and they never try to get me , they do the rotating and repairs under warranty. I appreciate the fast service as well. I was in and out w my oil change in less than 30 minutes

We stopped in early this morning to get four new tires pulled us up a couple quotes quick was able to choose the best one for us took our keys pulled it right in everyone was super nice and helpful we thought we needed brakes to they came out was very honest with us said we didn't need breaks most would have said yea you need brakes to get the money they didn't honesty goes a long way and we were truly greatful for that and totally happy for their service we will definitely be back

I booked an appointment online yesterday for this morning. They were ready for me when I arrived. They serviced the vehicle quickly and told me about some other things that needs to be addressed soon. I will be back to use their services again. I believe I worked with Mr. Atwood at the counter. I have visited this particular location on a few occasions and found both the mechanics and office personnel to be courteous and professional. The prices are quite reasonable and on every encounter, I was in and out within an hour of my scheduled appointment. I had the pleasure of having Bill as my intake person, great guy. I highly recommend this particular location for all your automotive needs.

I was a customer for several years, before the service was better until the owner changed, the service is bad, the prices have changed, that's why I left there, because the prices are very high, they charge you just to take your car to be checked, before it was free, the price they told me to fix my car, another mechanic fixed it for half that price, and the person at the front desk literally just sits there and talks about nonsense

Amazing service!!! Bill had me come in at the end of their day to get a consultation. Wasn’t expecting to get it fixed that day but they were able to get the part and install my exhaust system within 45 minutes. Wow thanks to Donnie for getting it installed so quickly! And to Mark for great customer service! Highly recommend. They were efficient and highly experienced! Thanks guys!

It’s unfortunate I have to do this. I have been taking my car to them since I have had issues with Midas I spent over $3,000 dollars at car x cause they claimed XYZ needed fixed however I have a family mechanic who has looked at those many things that led to $3,000 dollars some weren’t fixed some was fixed however it led to those thing they said was wrong weren’t even wrong they weren’t looking at the right things & now my car isn’t starting I’ve had to put more money into it for my family mechanic to fix those things so PLEASE WATCH OUT & ALWAYS HAVE ANOTHER MECHANIC ON THE SIDE!!! I don’t want this experience to happen to anyone else it’s unfortunate cause all my hard earned money I can’t get back. Be careful when it comes to these company all they want is your money they’ll take advantage of you if you don’t know anything about cars.
