This used to be the carX, same ownership and shop. They just went independent of CarX brand. Solid service I always use for my oil change and tire needs. Shop looks clean, renovated after a fire apparently.

Mark was incredibly friendly on the phone and in person. My car was ready within 6 hours of it getting worked on (needed a part replaced). My only negative is not getting an itemized receipt. The receipt lumped parts and labor into one sum; I would’ve liked to have seen how much the part costs and how much labor costs.

(Former Car-X) Is back open! Newly renovated, Nice Friendly customer service (Thanks Mike). I usely book an appointment drop off my car then come back later. But this time I decided to wait. The waiting room was nice and clean, my service was fast and price was for my oil change was Great! I was told they now do other services (transmission etc )

Kyle took great care of my daughter's car needing a whole exhaust. They had to do some cutting, bending and welding. It was ready same day. They did a excellent job!

Got the seasonal Oil change full synthetic $69. Well worth the price with all the extras. Free wiper blades, battery check, top of fluids, rotate the tires and reset the tps.

I had the best experience here. They worked with me to find the best tires to fit what I needed. The treated me like family and made sure to make me feel welcome. And they have brand new building and everything. They just open up about six or so weeks I want to say ago. But they took the time to make sure I was safe on the road being a first time owner.

I've been a regular customer at this facility for many years, which was CarX until a few years ago and was closed for an year. I was very happy with their service. I was really glad to see them reopen about a month ago with a new name. I've visited three times since it reponed. The guys were nice each time. In my last visit, Mark was very kind in my last accommodating me despite their tight schedule at that time.

Mark and the entire team were exceptional! They took care of me and my SUV in such a caring and professional manner! I had an emergency repair needed traveling from another state and they responded with excellence. I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my Mercedes Benz!

Go check out the new and improved Xpress Pro Tire & Auto (Formerly Car X). They are OPEN for business!!! The lobby is clean and looks really nice. The garage is new and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be returning for another service for sure.

My car needed brake repair & Iam so glad I took it to Xpress pro which was previously CarX in Springdale. Mark was so helpful. He explained what was needed & went above & beyond to take care of the problem. He & the staff here are so knowledgeable & friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair. Even on a limited budget.

I left with a bad taste in my mouth came into facility about 5 o’clock on a Thursday afternoon with a tire Rotation and oil change The manager pretty much brushed me through claiming that he did not have time to rotate the tires, And then the same breath stating that since tires were less a year old, they don’t need to be rotated. It was the end of the day, and he (mark) didn’t want to do the work!!! He was already clocked out and on his way home before I got there and it sure showed!!!!! Unhappy customer

I was told the saying of the day is oil is cheap engines are not . Went to get my oil change today and I’m so happy that this CarX is reopened. This location is the cleanest one I’ve ever seen and most professional . Also , customer service will make you feel comfortable .Stop by for your services I’m a satisfied customer.

So yesterday I had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting the amazing Xpress leader of the front line and so with that I had a bad tire was told a day before it was a bad vile and it was the tire it self very honest and quick to access my problem in and out . Went to this location thinking I would obtain better Svc than the other location in Fairfield. However the older man there was very condescending towards me for no reason. After I corrected him he continued to be disrespectful! Nice nasty making inappropriate jokes. I have had nothing but problems with this company leadership doesn’t care they do not respond to complaints.

No one in this shop knows how to apply brakes and rotors, keep having to take them back to because something is wrong and they tell me they messed up and they’ll fix it. Only reason I keep coming back is because it’s under warranty but I have a different carx redoing their work. Only problem is they have ALSO messed up my brakes once already. Had to take it and get it fixed again for the 4th time between two different locations

I lost my only mode of transportation due to a property fire at this location with my car inside. CarX could not provide me any details about the condition of my car and I was left to having to peek through the smoky bay windows to seem my car covered in ashe . I had no access to the car and its belongings for months while they investigated. When trying to work with CarX on an arrangement to aid me while my car was unavailable they made it clear that it was against their policy and they would not be taking any measures to help me. I was just stuck. Communication was lacking throughout the whole process. No information was proactively given to me. The only information I could get came from my repeated calls. Just horrible customer service and experience that has left me never wanting to do business with Car X again.

I went into this CarX location after trying to get my tire fixed at another location, only to be told, I would have to leave my car just to get a screw out of my tire and to patch it. So, I came to the Tri-County location and Colin took care of my tire within 15 minutes!!! He was so helpful and nice! Thanks for the fast and great service. I will be back!

With the added incentive of eternal gratitude from my manager, I wanted to ensure that the shop I chose would provide quality service at a reasonable price. After consulting our company's newsletter archive, I discovered that Car-X Tire & Auto came highly recommended by a former colleague, EH, so I decided to give it a try. Upon arrival at the shop, I immediately noticed that the parking lot was full with only one spot left for me to park. I was quickly greeted by a friendly male staff member who came out from the workshop to assist me. I explained that I needed an oil change and tire rotation service, and after filling out some paperwork, the male staff informed me that the shop was quite busy and might not be able to work on my car until the following day. I agreed and asked if I could leave my car at the shop overnight, which he confirmed. The next day, I received a phone call from the shop early in the morning informing me that my car was ready for pickup. I returned to the shop later that day and was greeted by the same male staff member who quickly processed my payment and returned my car to me. Upon inspection of the car to ensure that the job was done properly, my manager was pleased with the results and urged me to give the shop a five-star review. Personally, I found the service to be excellent, with polite and punctual staff and fair if not cheap prices. The only downside was the limited parking space. I would highly recommend Car-X Tire & Auto to my colleagues and anyone else in need of reliable and affordable auto maintenance services.
