Fantastic service! I came in with a flat tire and the staff were very helpful. They were able to patch up the tire and I was out in less than 15 minutes. Great place.

Excellent customer service everyone seemed happy and a great smile was very inviting. My car is running smooth thanks to Troy and the front desk associate. Bathroom was terrible and front could be cleaned frequently to give that first impression of we care about our customers experience. Overall the most important is our car so. All went well and I will add cost with coupon is even better. Loved it.

I stopped at Xpress Pro while driving a rental car from Orlando, Florida, to my hometown in mid-Michigan. We had to leave our mommy-daughter vacation in Walt Disney World in an early, unexpected hurry due to Hurricane Milton because our flight home was cancelled. While driving back to Michigan, one of the tires on the rental car started to leak air. Despite being short staffed that day, the Xpress Pro crew was so friendly, courteous, and took care of the tire in a hurry (~30 minutes) to get us back on the road. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! They are great.

I’ve gone to this location twice to get my tire patched & both times have been great experiences! Everyone I’ve spoken with has been very welcoming, specifically Ron! They do prompt and high quality work, I’ll definitely continue to go back for any future needs.

The gentlemen provided courteous and excellent service. The technician told Bill to advise me of a rear suspension problem he noticed. Bill was very friendly and I even scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was referred by my friend and I will definitely be back.

I was just about to get on the highway when my car alerted me of a flat tire. I went to the nearest shop and the man at the front was kind and attentive. Turns out I had a nail in my tire, got it patched up really quickly and was back on the road. Definitely recommend them.

This the best tire and auto shop I've used. They are not greedy like some auto mechanics/ shops. Scotty Bischoff's skills and customer service are next level. I will not use any other auto mechanic.

My only go-to place for tire service in Cincinati. I've had tires repaired here several times and the team here is always absolutely efficient and courteous, usually completed quicker than the promised time. They've even accommodated me on short notice for an emergency walk-in. Highly recommended!

Got a nail in my tire. Was able to walk in without an appointment and got right in. Customer service was excellent and delivered professionally. Unfortunately the hole created by the nail was too large to patch so had to get a new tire. They had a replacement in stock and I was out the door for a reasonable price very quickly. So far so good with the new tire. Thanks!!

Great service changing the synthetic oil on our Prius! Unfortunately, the technicians forgot to screw the plastic underguard to the auto body before sending us home. We had to make a return trip to the shop and back. 5-star service became a 3-star effort. You don’t have to post this. Just post some reminder signs for your technicians to finish the details before sending customers on their way. (Just a friendly reminder.)

Had a flat tire and this was the closest place. I got lucky. Ron at the counter was super nice. They had a lot of customers in the lobby. Was told I'd have to wait about 90 mins. Got my car back in less than half that. Quick and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I was really happy with my service at this location 08/15. The guy that works the service counter was really knowledgeable with my situation with my tire but it wasn't just that. I waited about a 1hr30min hr was helpful to everyone that walked in with questions even though they're really busy and even gave this older lady her 50c back that she used on there candy machine. Before them I went to Goodyear sat there for 11am to 4pm about my tire just to tell me sorry we won't get to you. I wish I came here first. Thanks again I won't miss work with Lyft (I wish they did there contract work on cars) or my other pt job.🙂
