Love York! I drive 40 minutes out of my way just to get work done at York, they are fast to respond and always give fast quality service at an affordable rate. Could not recommend more!

My 2012 Camry Hybrid needed a new battery. I couldn't find one online. Checked with dealer and they quoted $500. Called York and Heno explained that my particular car didn't have an after market 12v battery. He said he could order one and have it replaced within 24 hours. He was very straightforward in explaining everything. They also picked me up at home when my car was ready. It was $480. They didn't do the high pressure thing for other services. I like this place.

I’ve always been weary of certain professions including mechanics. Being a woman, not having much knowledge about cars and bad experiences with dishonest or negligent mechanics, makes me uncomfortable. But Henno, the owner here has proven himself honest and trustworthy; recently a bunch of lights went off on my Subaru. Jenni patiently explained everything to me; it was potentially going to cost me more than $1600- Henno, before putting the car through diagnostic, guessed it was a faulty designed coolant valve. He also asked if I had extended warranty. I had totally forgotten that I did because I bought the car in 2019. Long story short, because of Henna, Subaru towed my car on my warranty, diagnosed it without charge finding out that indeed, Henno was guess was correct and they dealership fixed it without any charge on my warranty. Jenni also warned me to make sure to ask for a loaner car or they would have no incentive to fix the car promptly. This was a tremendous help to me. He also offered that he would answer any questions if I did not understand what the dealership may diagnose. Also, the other people who work there are always respectful and professional. I recommend this business- I trust them.

Heno, Mike, and the team at York Auto Care are the best. I have brought my 2005 Honda CR-V to them on many occasions (they've seen me at my low with car struggles) and they have gone above and beyond to trouble shoot and identify the issues to replace the correct parts efficiently and always within reason since it's an older car. Thank you guys.

I recently went back to York Auto Care for an oil change, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole experience was seamless and efficient. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend York Auto Care for top-notch service!

This place is amazing. Mechanics work above and beyond. Used to take my car to dealership. The car still had problems after going to dealership. Came to York Auto Care. Car is working better now. Really happy with the service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. So friendly, professional, quick to respond, transparent pricing. They even sent me a thank you card! Definitely will be returning for more services. I first came here because my sister had a great experience. I got an oil change and came back for a smog check for my 10 year old Civic. They recommended maintenance that I honestly put off because it was expensive. They never pushed it too hard or made me uncomfortable, they patiently and kindly explained why it was important to get those maintenance services. I finally committed and got transmission, coolant, brake fluid exchange, fuel injector cleaning, and other things and the car feels like it drives healthier and stronger if that makes sense. Afterwards I had some questions and brought it back to test drive and they made me feel heard and took my concern seriously. They identified the exact problem right away and addressed it for me. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate their expertise and customer service. Thank you Mike and the team!

Only person I really really trust with my car. They will fix it right the first time and it will stay fixed as long as you don't have a heavy foot like me. You really get what you pay for at this shop and that's quality workmanship from the mechanics/quality of parts used, attention to detail and service that goes above and beyond. Heno and Alfred will take care of you if you got any problem with your vehicles.

Very smooth experience!l. Luckily, I live close and called and asked if they were available for a smog check and they said yes. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes, which is pretty amazing! They had a nice lounge area to sit and relax while the smoke check was getting done and they had free coffees so can’t complain about that.

Heno, Mike, and Alfred are the best! They are always straight-forward and will not recommend repairs if you don't need it. Very honest people. I had no idea they also did body work. My son needed to repair his driver's side door. Heno presented many different options that allowed my son to save money. I would highly recommend York Auto Care to take care of all your automotive needs.

Returning customer here. Made an appointment to get rear breaks done and windshield wipers replaced. Mike is always friendly and helpful. I really like that they do a thorough job and let you know where your car is in its need of any other services. They don't pressure you into fixing anything, just give you the facts and they use this neat feature they have with photos of your vehicles health. Always satisfied with the service here! Came in as a smog check customer, and stayed as a loyal returning customer for my auto care needs!!!

I am so happy I found this auto shop. Having a Volvo can be difficult when it comes to repairs and they were able to help out right away! Honest and up front pricing, fast and very friendly service. I will certainly be returning for more repairs.
