Horrible truck been there since may when I called they don't answer and if someone do answer I'm on hold over 20 minutes just for someone to hang up on me this is ridiculous if you show up he say next a couple of days I been hearing this since JUNE NOW ITS SEPTEMBER Now that funny you can respond to a review on Google but won't answers calls on keep ppl on hold forever

I'm doing this review on behalf of my mom, being the fact that she trusted this man to do a job, and I was the one picking her up, and nothing was never done to it. 2011 Cadillac. She was referred by the dealer to go there however only to find out from the actual Cadillac themselves the car parts were never replace. Had my mother on a credit plan which she settled because she was not paying another dime. I was trying to get my car fix, but they would never answer and I'm glad they didn't because of things like this. My mother got a new car recently but to know the list of issues that were going on that was supposed to be fixed and they never are absurd. Also, I know people like to comment back and you can't reply, but trust there are other ways. Unprofessional highway robbery to put people in a bind like that and you know the credit people are going to pay you upfront anyway. So be careful if y'all go there make sure you KNOW YOUR CAR, because people like to get over.

Now it's funny that I've been calling no answer but soon as I do a review you respond If u couldn't fix it you could have said that back in June A FAVOR IS FREE if that's the case return my money I'm not the first person to complain nor will I be the last It's all about communication

I just have to say thank you for saving my personal vehicle after so many have look at and over charged me and never really fix it knew what the problem was came to York and they not only fix my vehicle but everything that was done has a warrant attach to it… my vehicle had been to them 3 times and all 3 times I was totally satisfied… thank you again

My dad has been with Adam for a minute. My dad recommended me to him, and he is such a big blessing. He’s a miracle worker. He is the best. I will bring my car to him as long as I have one, and I advise everyone else to do the same. He will not disappoint.

I have been dealing with them for a couple of years now. They are the most dependable mechanics I have dealt with. I love the fact that they take the time to educate all of their customers about their vehicles. I highly recommend them!

Customer service is the worst. I couldn’t even get to step one. THE ESTIMATE. Kept hanging up on me. And when I did get through I was purposely put on hold with no intentions of answering. When I called back straight to being screen called. I’ll take my money else where.

We have used them a few times and have had very poor experiences twice now and will not be using again. The first poor experience, we paid them $2,200 to replace the braking system in a van because the brakes were soft and the pedal would nearly go to the floor. The repair did not work and the brakes were not much better than when they started. Most recently, we sent a van to them for a second opinion on a transmission issue. We had already had it diagnosed as needing a transmission and wanted a second opinion. We let them know up front about the other diagnosis. It is also worth noting that on the dash of the vehicle is says "service transmission." They told us they cannot diagnose the transmission but it needs an exhaust repair. We discussed our concerns about this being an accurate diagnosis but ultimately agreed to proceed with the exhaust repair. Once they did the exhaust work, they determined that it did indeed need a transmission (this is 3 weeks later with them not answering phone calls or texts about the issue). We declined to have the transmission replaced because the quote was for twice what the vehicle was worth. They still charged 800 because they misdiagnosed the problem. To say we are disappointed is a gross understatement. **Edit to show the character of this company. They have their employees giving 1 star reviews to my business now even though they have not used us and cannot possibly review our work.

All staff friendly. Quick service. You will feel like you are their only customer because they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Prices are great. I'm getting 2 SUV's serviced right now. They're a 1 stop shop which is hard to find. I absolutely recommend.

Diagnosed a loose screw in my brake caliber after multiple mechanics attempted to figure why my brakes were making a ticking noise and failed. Will definitely go to Yorks first every time! Also replaced my fuel pump after Lee-Rodgers supposedly fixed the issue. Reliable company!!

The WORST you wanna have your car just sitting there and the run around :) bring it here !!! NEVER once communicated with us kept giving us different eta we were promised 7-9 days after they had an engine we ordered came in , told us to drop off the car August 14th we come down there ENDS of August they haven’t even moved it . AGAIN promised to start working after Labor Day call September 18th (because they don’t call or update unless you do ) they tell us they’re preparing the engine I walk in there October 2nd . The car is STILLLL sitting there hasn’t been touched. The old white bald guy at the front can’t give any answers and just gives us a refund to not to deal with us 😂 good cause we didn’t wanna deal with your business either at this freakin point soooo unprofessional if I could leave less then one star I would if your car is there RUNNN and get it back before wasting ur time

This was the most professional and affordable automotive repair shop I have ever used. My son drives an older model BMW. It had electrical problems. They proficiently repaired the issue in a VERY affordable cost. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Trustworthy business affordable honest ppl...they know their stuff I'm a repeat customer they have serviced all of our cars and I just had my dodge challenger serviced I ran over something in the road causing damage to exhaust and sensors Adam fixed it same day within a couple hours at a low low price I will only do business with YORK AUTOMOTIVE...THANKS GUYS FOR HELPING ME I APPRECIATE YOU ALL...WISH MORE BUSINESSES OPERATED LIKE THEM INSTEAD OF RIPPING PPL OFF THEY HELP PEOPLE I LOVE THEM...HAPPY CAMPER MY ENGINE IS GROWLING AGAIN
