I took my 2004 Mercury Mountaineer to Young J Auto Repair today. It's an old sentimental car that admittedly I don't drive often. I loaned the car to a dear friend for a couple of days and she advised that it was hard to turn. She had taken it to an Auto-Zone and they checked the power steering fluid (full) and told her that it may be the power steering pump. She returned it to me after a couple of days and advised she needed "a lot of room to park" as maneuvering was difficult. Today, on a whim, I decided to take it to this place to be looked at. I only stated it was hard to turn and that it also needed a major tune-up. So glad I did! He said what it could be and that he would let me know after looking at everything. Within the hour, he told me it was the power steering pump, gave me an estimate (I Googled for a range, and this was more than acceptable) and had my car ready later that afternoon. My car is happy and running well. He seemed quite knowledgeable, was fair in pricing and I liked same-day service. I will be back with my other car!

Youngs is the only mechanic I trust with my $40,000 SUV. He doesn't qoute me low and then ups the price. He gives me the worst estimate price base on his experience and then works his way down if its a minor fix. All the job done perfect and on time!
