Update: Several months later wish I can give 0 stars----After he "fixed" it, my car started having issues again. I thought it was maybe settling in especially when Verneil told me it'll take some time to settle as the brakes were STILL squeaking. But then the engine light came on. Also, I noticed some acceleration issues and some overheating/steaming from hood so I decided to take it to a real brick and mortal auto shop. They did an inspection and advised me whoever did it did a terrible job. I had to pay out over $2k to get it fixed. This so called mechanic is a manipulator who pretended to be knowledgeable and wasted a lot of my time and the worst part is in my gut I saw many red flags, but at the same I was desperate. I erased my first review which he insisted I give him on day 1 before all the red flags started. I hope he is no longer working with the company because if you get him, he WILL mess your car up!

Do not use this service. I think its a scam. Wasted my time for weeks with missed appointments. Twice giving the excuses the mechanics had car issues and couldn't make it. If a mechanic cant fix his own car what hope do we have of him fixing mine. What a waste of time, absolutely useless. Never replied to messages or emails, i had to call them several times and be in a queue for 25mins

Please never use this company, the technician (Jonathan) never showed up for his first appointment and neither for the second, he made a false report with false photos and a false license plate of another car, they charged me 160 dollars for a diagnosis that they never made, when I called the escalation team to file a claim they didn't even pay attention to me. What a frustrating, unpleasant and disastrous company.

Do not use! Car was service by the mechanic originally scheduled for 3 hours but took 6 and the car was in worse working condition they when he arrived. Took a week for someone to respond so I could file a warranty claim then another 5 days for that appointment to happen. Same mechanic was here for another 2 hours, even put in his service report that the part is still “inoperative” and they attempted to charge my card another 161$ after the original 720.00 that I paid for the original service. Citing that the problem was outside of the warranty coverage even though the mechanic clearly documented the part HE REPLACED is still inoperative. Then they stated that they will not refund it and I’d have to wait for the warranty dept to take however long to reach back out to me. File a dispute with my bank as the mechanic himself stated the part is still not working and that he would need more time to repair it. Also screenshots and printed the report for record keeping incase things “change”.. don’t waste your money this is a horrible company!!!

Jean is the reason I will return to this company. On time, professional, on point. He processed the issues presented by a former appt. and within 20 minutes had everything resolved. Not only that, he found a problem with the belts and I was able to go purchase them to get it corrected. Impressed, is all I can say. I will be back and will not trust my corvette to anyone else. Thanks Jean.

Took THREE days to respond which hindered me from getting my parts replaced for free and had to pay for a new Radiator and a radiator fan myself. The service was completed in October of 2023 and failed in July of 2024. Do not choose them. The Links they sent me lead to 404 sites and dead ins as well. Also would not provide a refund. Broken radiator and hose that were supposedly fixed are shown below.

DO NOT BOOK SERVICES WITH THEM. Despite telling them exactly what was wrong with the car beforehand (faulty coolant temp sensor), they came without proper preparation to fix the car. Booked an appointment with Jason for 6:30PM, who spent 20 minutes inspecting my car and fidgeting with a bolt on the engine for 10 minutes with a socket wrench before telling me they’d need to reschedule due to light rain. I was told I would only be charged after the services were completed, but they took my money anyway. I tried to call customer service for a refund around 7PM, but their number went straight to voicemail despite them posting on their own website that customer service hours are from 10AM-8PM. I then tried to reschedule, but since the original appointment was never completed, I’m met with an error message: “Cannot modify an appointment in progress.” I’d recommend taking your car to the shop or working on it yourself. These guys aren’t even a company, their mechanics are contractors.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They charged me $180 for a brake inspection diagnostic for my 2015 Kia K900. All the mechanic did was hook up a computer and read codes. A bozo can do that. Was on the phone with customer service and they said not all mechanics are ASE certified. So you have unqualified mechanics reading codes that a regular consumer can do and charging $180 that doesn’t even go towards the repairs. What a joke of a company. The mechanic also said he will have a quote for the epb motor assembly replacement within a couple days. I called in after two weeks and was told they don’t do epb motor assembly replacement because the computer needs to be reprogrammed. The mechanic had no idea they couldn’t do it which tells me he’s not a real mechanic. I also bought the part from KIA thinking this was the issue. So I’m out $950 for the part and $180 for a fake diagnostic. I called around and the mechanic from a different company told me that yourmechanic is not a legitimate company and all they do is hook up a computer to read codes. So I need to pay for a real diagnostic from a real mechanic for $200. I waited two weeks with no call, no response, no update. So my cars been sitting in my garage for no reason. I could’ve got it done a week ago with a real company. Don’t waste your time and money on your mechanic. I’m out $1330 and I haven’t even paid for labor yet and aren’t even sure if the epb motor assembly is even the issue . Save yourself the headache I got it for you

Great experience from booking to car service. Appointment was easy to make online. Confirmation sent through texts and emails with reminders. Even sent email to prepare for mechanic's arrival. Service was great. Walked us through some of the issues and kept our record on file for next time. Highly recommend using their service. Thanks to Keith. Great job EDIT: Keith was great. Always on time and did great service. Tried to schedule with another mechanic. However, two weeks in a row with no shows. Will be using a different service going forward.

My mechanic, Jonathon, showed up on time and went right to work diagnosing my vehicle. I received an estimate from him and booked him to return to complete my repairs. I felt he was very honest about the estimate and explained everything to me.

This company is poorly ran. I can't comment on the mechanic because the office management side is terrible. I scheduled an appointment for Jun 21, get an email June 17 saying appt was canceled. I never rescheduled the appointment mechanic shows up anyway. I tell him I didn't reschedule appointment so he leaves and I get charged a cancelation fee. Not good service at all. Talked to customer service cancelation fee is waived but refund takes 10 days to get back. Very poorly managed company
