John is one of the best in the business! If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and quick diagnosis to a problem, look no further! I can’t ask for anything more in a mechanic shop. Z Automotive is the best place for car repair in Tulsa. He fixed my Volvo for way less than I thought it would cost to repair it. Most other shops wouldn’t have taken the time to check everything, and turns out, a belt snapped and that’s why my AC stopped working. John replaced all my belts for me and I was so grateful to not have to replace anything major. Trust John with all your car repair needs!

John has worked on my truck now for probably 7 years. He has always explained thoroughly what actions need to be taken, the price it's going to take to do it and is always on the mark when having it ready. He is honest, fair and I like his business accumen. I've recommended him to numerous folks who in turn use him to this day. He's a great mechanic and.....easy on the eyes!

Compressor went out AC and I was recommended this place by someone and glad found.....Used another place for long time but changed and so ready for new place. This owner is nice and will recommend it...Power steering also went out week before and he repaired.

I have used John to take care of my cars for several years now and have referred several other single ladies to him. He does good work, but more importantly he is honest and does not take advantage of people, especially single women who may not know that much about cars.

Good work BUT WAY Overly priced for the Same exact detail and time of work Every mechanic can and Will do! After seeing my part cost was $60, the work took Let's Say 1 Hour but yet I was charged $450 is Outrageous!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ My Mistake! Never again!

I paid this man full price to fix my a/c and when he was done the air did not even blow cold. After only 3 days from his service the air stopped blowing all together again. I called him to see if I could get it fixed again since the issue I paid him for was not resolved but he wanted to charge me full price for another service. Ended up doing it myself.

I’ve never written a review but this was so bad i wish i could give this place 0 stars. Went to this guy with an antifreeze leak from a bad hose. He charged me 150 to cut the hose and put it back on. Not to replace it or anything. Come to find out he cut the wrong hose. Went to another shop they fixed 5 bad hoses i had (when i mean fix i mean replaced them with new ones) for less than he charged and did it right. Overpriced is an understatement for this guy and wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.

John really knows his stuff been here for 20+ years. Proof that a great small business can still make it. I have had a ton of work done by John over the years his rates are incredibly low. The real reason I keep coming back is that he is very honest only fixes things that need to be fixed not wasting my time or money like other shops.
