Horrible business operations and customer service. They don’t adhere to first come, first serve practices. They’ll make you wait. I arrived at 10:30am and was asked if I would wait. I said yes. two hours later my car was finally taken into the garage, but not before other people, who had arrived AFTER me, were serviced before me and left before my car was taken in the garage.

My family members have been going to Z Brothers for several years and have always recommended this place. After a bad experience with another mechanic, I decided to visit Z Brothers myself. The difference compared to other garages is remarkable! This place is clean, well-organized, and has enough manpower to repair cars in a timely manner. The owners, Terry and Nick, are very friendly. Although they didn’t know me, they took the time to listen and were eager to help. Terry personally inspected my car as soon as I dropped in. My car was thoroughly inspected, and several deficiencies were identified and repaired in just one day. Z Brothers provides excellent service at a fair price. Most importantly, they are trustworthy.

Rude !!!!!! I walked in to ask if they sell a used tires for my work truck. There was a young nice man at the front desk, so I asked him he responded that he wasn’t sure by the sodden an older rude man walked in from the shop door and his response was ( NO , do you know why NO, because the 1st question he’s going to ask you is “HOW MUCH “) then he turned around and looked at me like I was a homeless pegging him something , I didn’t even ask nothing all I asked the boy was ( do you sell used tires. F. RUDE

Rude service. We went to ask if they sold used tires. Guy comes out talking about “NO. You know why? The first question he’s gonna ask is HOW MUCH?” Then looked at my business partner as if he was a bum off the street. Imagine talking to your customers like that? We own a business, and it sucks to see small businesses treating people this way. Might as well go to a big chain if that’s the case. Smh. Young man in the front was nice

If you are looking for honest and expert mechanic, then Zbrothers is the place to go to. I am Uber and Lyft driver and I need a mechanic I can rely on to keep using my car.

In husbands words they are bad mother fers. They did a wonderful job on our car. It drives better from when we bought it. We have a new mechanic for life. Highly recommend

We we’re delivering a van through phili back to OH , Van start shaking bad , looked them online, gave them a call and they Took my situation in concern, they helped me inspected it , changed my rotors and breaks, oil change as well and made sure was safe to drive back. Btw they sent me to a great moroccan restaurant around 😁. Definitely recommended

Awesome place and friendly staff! Nick and Terry always go above and beyond. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. It's so hard trying to find trustworthy mechanics. If you're looking for the best this place is it!! I'll never take my car anywhere else!

Zbrothers are not just mechanics they are technicians. They always pinpoint the issue and make sure it’s done right. They not only will make you feel at home while waiting with great conversation and occasional treats. Great family owned business that not only I use but all of my family uses. If I can give them 100 stars I would and price is no option when you want to drive safe. Thank you Zbrothers for keeping us all safe on the road.

I do not recommend it! I don't know why they took $ 150, but the car didn't fix itself, and they didn't give me a check after payment, I don't recommend it!

I initially went in for brake replacement but was told I needed new tires and an alignment instead. When I politely declined and expressed my intention to seek a second opinion elsewhere, the shop employee made an unprofessional comment about my intelligence. Specifically, he said “low IQ and 80 IQ”. It is so childish to lash out because of the fact I didn’t want to give him business. Such behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional and I would caution anyone considering this shop for their automotive needs to be wary of their customer service.

If you looking for great service and qualified mechanic, you have to check this place, Nick explained to me what exactly have to be done and showed me root of the problem and saved me few hundreds instead of other shops which tried to charge me for worthless job. Thank you .
