Richard knows carz. He is one of the smartest, nicest mechanics I have ever met. I have a 350Z 2005 and it is in amazing condition. Richard helps me keep it that way.

5 STARS! I originally had taken in my 1976 Datsun 280Z for some work on bypassing the old external voltage regulator. They managed to pinpoint a failing computer ahead of time and an electrical short that other shops would likely have not found. They had all parts readily available and managed to get my car in 100% working order within the same week. I had peace of mind knowing my Z was in the hands of people who really know these cars inside and out. Came in with my Z towed to the lot, and came out confidently driving it!

Took in my 300zx for a 120k service and they did an amazing job. They don’t cut corners and they get the work done fast. I highly recommend them if you need any help with your z.

Great experience ! A small clamp under my car was producing a rattling sound for my nissan Altima and they fixed the issue with an assessment which took barely 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything for it . For this assessment dealership would have charged me over a hundred dollars to assess the issue . Got a brake fluid service as well and services here are fairly and rightly priced . Richard gives you honest opinions . Highly recommend this place

This is a long over due review. Huge thank you to Shawn and Luis for saving my car. My low miles 2012 370z was misdiagnosed at Nissan of Torrance, and these two awesome guys really came through for me. They really are the Z Experts!

Richard is great. I have been taking my Toyota to this place for about 3-4 years now. Always straight forward and honest. I never feel like they are trying to get me to do unnecessary stuff. No BS service, highly recommend.

Richard Kuebler, the Z Expert, knows his cars. He's been in Venice specializing in Z's, Nissans and Infinitis since 1988, but he'll service any car. He's not the cheapest car repair service in town, but he's honest and his prices are fair. But when you choose a doctor, lawyer or accountant do you want the best, or the cheapest? I prefer knowing my car will be fixed right, so that I can drive at freeway speeds with impunity. He's now working on my second car with him. Under his care, I drove my 280z to a quarter of a million miles, and only sold it because the body started to rust out in Venice's sea air. If you want a capable mechanic in the heart of Venice, drop by Z Expert Automotive Service. If you get antsy lingering in a waiting room, stroll through the nearby Venice canals. He'll even give you a map so you won't get lost. You'll have to look hard for the shop, because it's hidden in the back of the Mars Auto body lot.
