The team was kind, honest, and incredibly helpful, truly putting their customers first. My car was crushed and hood was stuck, they managed to open it and helped me check thru the overall condition. They really went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for their support. This experience has reinforced my belief in the power of kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Wow! Z is great! I took my Honda to him based on the recommendation of my neighbor who works in the car repair business. He fixed my brakes. He takes the time to ask all the questions. Very honest. Very smart. Highly recommend.

A coworker recommended Z&G Auto Repair to me, and I have been taking all cars in my family to Mr. Z for about a year now. Mr. Z is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met. He owns the shop, and he focuses on giving you solutions and the best advice on your car problems; not on making profits out of your situation as most places do! If he can not fix the problem with your car, he will give you a diagnosis and put you on the right track. I recommend this place a 💯.

We were traveling, and experienced a problem with our Jeep. By chance, my wife called Z&G. Despite the fact that that they were closing on a Friday afternoon, and the owner was headed to the airport for a trip, he paused his plans to inspect our vehicle thoroughly. He was kind, thoughtful, highly detailed, and provided answers. In this day and age, you did not find many service professionals who treat customers in this way. Z&G gets my highest recommendation.

I have never encountered a more friendly and genuine mechanic. Z is truly a wonderful find, he's been very honest with me on the problems, the pricing and the time to do the repair. I have more repairs to be done and will only bring my car to this place. When he can get the parts for a lower price than he thought, he does. I'm very fortunate I met the person who referred this place to me.

Tryed multiple times to follow up with Z on a part he was waiting on over several weeks, he was so nice in person. Each time he told me he would get back to me and I gave him my number multiple times when I called him to check. Never once had him call me back. After several months now of silence and no follow-up again I have finally given up. I thought I had found a great mechanic given he came by referral, not sure why he wouldn't ever get back to me, assume he just wasn't interested!

Just happened to find Z&G Auto Repair searching google - Let me tell ya, Z was amazing, I walked in explained my issue and he immediately came to take a look and solved the problem within ten minutes. This guy knows his stuff and I couldn't recommend him enough. Personal, Professional, Knowledgable...but most of all will take the time to see if the issue you are experiencing could be a quick fix, or will take more time - either way you won't find that kind of attention many other places. Z is the most honest, accommodating, and capable mechanic I've ever met. I've trusted Z with our cars for over 5 years now, and I he still impresses me. He's great with foreign cars, and has kept our BMWs in outstanding condition. Now, I honestly just leave my car and keys with Z, and ask him to do whatever he thinks it needs. His prices are ALWAYS FAIR, and he has NEVER recommended work that didn't need to be done (while still advising about upcoming maintenance). I am so thankful to have found such a trustworthy mechanic as Z, and to have the peace of mind that my family and I are safe in the cars that Z maintains. Thanks Z!

Super trustworthy, accessible, efficient, and reasonable. I had a power window problem that was a real gremlin of a problem. Z found and fixed to include reinstalling all of the interior trim that I had previously removed to try and self help.

Save your time money and effort trying to find another shop as reliable trustworthy and honest. I always say once you find someone in this industry you can trust and does outstanding work stick with them, Z is that person. I would trust him to fix my mothers car my daughters car my wife’s car without hesitation. I have so much trust in Z that I just take my vehicle and drop off and say call me when it’s done.
