The staff at Zag's is wonderful. The owner, Zac, is great abour explaining what is wrong with your car and what needs to be fixed. Robert and Hayley are very efficient and friendly when getting all the work scheduled and explaining the necessary procedures to get running smoothly again.

Zak was amazing! They got my Mini Countryman up and running even during a snowstorm! He kept us up to date on everything and explained everything that was needed in a common sense way we could understand. Didn’t come at us with any high pressure tactics like other places do and gave us so much extra knowledge on additional steps we could take in our everyday routines to help maintain our vehicle even better. And I loved the detail job they gave my mini when we picked it up. Would recommend them to anyone who has a Mini for any work they need done.

Best service shop in Tulsa…Period. I had a huge problem with a BMW X5 I just had purchased a few weeks prior from another state. I visited ZAG based on their extensive number of reviews. ZAG repaired my X5 and went above and beyond every step of the way - from working with insurance to keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process (their communication is outstanding). I always knew where they were in the repair process and even the “why” behind the issue(s) (thanks, Robert!). ZAG also provided me with full inspection details with pics and they detailed my car. Thank you ZAG Team for being awesome :). You took out a lot of stress from an extremely stressful situation.

10/10 across the board. The customer service is great everyone is very kind and will happily answer questions and have you confident in bringing your vehicle in for maintenance or repair! A great alternative to the dealerships where to the dealership you’re just another number to them to get out of the way. ZAG AutoWerks offers the highest quality vehicle service and guaranteed customer satisfaction. I also had my car detailed and it came out looking even better than when I bought it! Repair quality and thoroughness - 5 stars Communication - 2 stars Timeliness- 3 stars Cost - 3 stars We brought out teenager's car in to be repaired. Since it's a British car, our normal shop wasn't able to work on it, and they recommended ZAG. The repair itself was well done and thorough, but the minimal communication was frustrating, and the time for the repair became very difficult, in part because we had no idea how long we had to find alternative rides for our teenager. We were not provided a quote, so the cost came as a shock, as it was about twice what we were anticipating. This was during the weeks before Thanksgiving, at a time when the shop was understaffed, so we are hopeful that we can update this review with a better review and experience next time.

Zach (owner) and Robert (service advisor) provide top concierge attention to the customer. Way exceeded expectations. Ultra new, clean shop and distinguished professionalism by entire staff. Very advanced diagnostic evaluation of my Range Rover, including thorough assessment written report and pictures proving need for recommended repair conditions. Work completed efficiently to meet my needs. Even provided courtesy detailing of the vehicle before return - best it has looked since it came off the lot new! Highly recommend. If you seek to retain and care for your european/exotic vehicle investment, then this will be your trusted mechanic!

Very professional shop. Performed a schedule C on my Merc. Reasonable prices compared to dealership. Sent me quotes on suggested maintenance to review, with no pressure to have any performed. Overall, very happy with them and will definitely have all future work done here going forward.

Zag auto works is the real deal! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They are honest with their approach and extremely transparent with their diagnosis and cost to fix an issue. After numerous visits to dealerships and several other auto repair shops these guys nailed it. The team diagnosed the problem with my BMW 328i, fixed it in a timely manner, under budget and on time. I could not be more happy. On top of that , when I picked up my car they had detailed the interior. Classy touch! My BMW runs like a new car. Martyn A quick update. The team at Zag just finished work on my 2012 Land Rover and it’s running like a top. I could not be more pleased. I’m not sure where to start; ZAG AutoWerks is a great auto mechanic shop and their customer service is just as great!! We took our daughter’s VW Jetta to ZAG after taking it to numerous shops, including the local dealership. The dealership suggested over $4k worth of work on the vehicle that addressed none of the electrical issues we were having when we took it there in the first place. Robert and Zach at ZAG AutoWerks patiently listened to our ramblings about the issues we had and they quickly and thoroughly inspected the vehicle and fixed the minor and major (aftermarket) problems. Robert and Zach, both, kept in touch with us throughout the diagnosis and gave us options and sound advice for the repairs. I recommend ZAG AutoWerks for your next European automobile mechanical needs.
