Repair quality and thoroughness - 5 stars Communication - 2 stars Timeliness- 3 stars Cost - 3 stars We brought out teenager's car in to be repaired. Since it's a British car, our normal shop wasn't able to work on it, and they recommended ZAG. The repair itself was well done and thorough, but the minimal communication was frustrating, and the time for the repair became very difficult, in part because we had no idea how long we had to find alternative rides for our teenager. We were not provided a quote, so the cost came as a shock, as it was about twice what we were anticipating. This was during the weeks before Thanksgiving, at a time when the shop was understaffed, so we are hopeful that we can update this review with a better review and experience next time.

Zach (owner) and Robert (service advisor) provide top concierge attention to the customer. Way exceeded expectations. Ultra new, clean shop and distinguished professionalism by entire staff. Very advanced diagnostic evaluation of my Range Rover, including thorough assessment written report and pictures proving need for recommended repair conditions. Work completed efficiently to meet my needs. Even provided courtesy detailing of the vehicle before return - best it has looked since it came off the lot new! Highly recommend. If you seek to retain and care for your european/exotic vehicle investment, then this will be your trusted mechanic!

10/10 across the board. The customer service is great everyone is very kind and will happily answer questions and have you confident in bringing your vehicle in for maintenance or repair! A great alternative to the dealerships where to the dealership you’re just another number to them to get out of the way. You did a great job on the programming of the Sam’s module. The car wash and detail was a bonus! I’m just trying to figure out how to get my steering wheel locked into position.

Very professional shop. Performed a schedule C on my Merc. Reasonable prices compared to dealership. Sent me quotes on suggested maintenance to review, with no pressure to have any performed. Overall, very happy with them and will definitely have all future work done here going forward.

ZAG is an amazing business, they were able to do the work needed on my Mazda in short order and under budget. Zachary and the entire staff are Pros. Plan on using them again in the future and if I could give them more stars I would!

Zag auto works is the real deal! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They are honest with their approach and extremely transparent with their diagnosis and cost to fix an issue. After numerous visits to dealerships and several other auto repair shops these guys nailed it. The team diagnosed the problem with my BMW 328i, fixed it in a timely manner, under budget and on time. I could not be more happy. On top of that , when I picked up my car they had detailed the interior. Classy touch! My BMW runs like a new car. Martyn A quick update. I just picked up my car from Zag's Auto Werks after getting some regular maintenance done, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and friendly the place was. Throughout the entire process, they communicated with me clearly, explaining everything that needed to be done to my vehicle and always asking for my permission before authorizing any new repairs. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, and they even gave me a discount! They had my car ready in a reasonable time, and the staff was so friendly that they even gave me a tour of their facility. Let me tell you, their equipment is top-notch and they're clearly well-equipped to handle any issues, especially with German engineering. To top it all off, they detailed my car before handing it back to me. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Zag's Auto Werks. If you have a European vehicle, I highly recommend using their services for all your automotive needs. Five stars all the way! ---

I took my vw microbus to these people when their shop was across the street. They installed a shift rod coupler, for those who understand aircooled volkswagen, it's a easy job with a lift. These people didn't know anything.. walking around, guessing. Hours later when they got the piece on, they clipped a clutch cable, which means-you cannot shift into any gears!!! These clowns then tried to place blame on my.classic car.. I was very upset, and they tried to coach me as if I were a child. Pure dirt bag.. stay away from these low lifes.changing the shop name means nothing. They treated me and my wife like dirt. Complete looser......

I’m not sure where to start; ZAG AutoWerks is a great auto mechanic shop and their customer service is just as great!! We took our daughter’s VW Jetta to ZAG after taking it to numerous shops, including the local dealership. The dealership suggested over $4k worth of work on the vehicle that addressed none of the electrical issues we were having when we took it there in the first place. Robert and Zach at ZAG AutoWerks patiently listened to our ramblings about the issues we had and they quickly and thoroughly inspected the vehicle and fixed the minor and major (aftermarket) problems. Robert and Zach, both, kept in touch with us throughout the diagnosis and gave us options and sound advice for the repairs. I recommend ZAG AutoWerks for your next European automobile mechanical needs.
