I had my car repaired today (10/17/24) at Zam Zam Auto. My experience with this business was the greatest! Adnan (Manager) went above and beyond …. He’s the best! I am very satisfied with my car repairs. My car is now performing in a way that I don’t mind taking it long distances. Also, their prices are very reasonable. This business truly operates with high integrity and professionalism. They deserve all 5 stars plus for providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! (I highly recommend). Dear “owner”. Let’s be clear on the language you are using. I had clear conversation with Akbar. I never asked to be “educated” or said it was the inspectors policy to inform customers. And let’s not even discuss your minimal posting information on tint. “The above the” attitude in your response proves my point I was saying in my first review. A NEW CAR should NOT fail inspection! Anyone will agree with that. Before inspection before you take the car in the bay. Inform the CUSTOMER! now I would agree with you. if it was a used car then I would NOT be upset. Because there could be a safety defect that will give a failed inspection. It is very unethical for you to see the car have dark tint visual by the eye. YET you continue with the inspection. LET ME BE CLEAR it is not about the MONEY. It’s about the process. Had the shoe would’ve been in the other foot. I would not have done that to a customer my brother. Have a heart and not be so concerned about the money. That could’ve been all I had and needed the inspection to pass so that I could work. This is not about the money. But about having enough compassion to be human. Again this is a NEW CAR. I could’ve took the tint off before Arrival and STILL used your business. Akbar was wrong for that and he’s VERY aware of the tint laws so why would not give a customer an heads up on VERY VISUAL issue that may fail inspection like tint!!!!!!. Tint???! But no the money was the focus on your guy Akbar.! Not customer service! Wa alaikum as-salam My brother…

These people are number one with honesty and they don’t charge in an evil manner. I had snapped a spark plug in my subaru which 6 shops denied after bringing it to zam zam was the best decision. I left the vehicle they took timely manner so the job is done efficiently today they called me my car is ready after two day but it was a rough job Hats of to these people for helping me with my car needs thanks again.

Worse Experience. I chose the location for something simple. An inspection for ride share. It’s a brand new car. Inspector Akbar was eager for me to submit payment immediately. I should’ve listen to my spirit. I have tint on my car. My car failed just because of tint. Again I express this is NEW CAR. No issues! Upon the car failing I expressed to Akbar if this is something you do EVERYDAY. Why couldn’t you say “ hey brother your car isn’t going to past because the tint looks too dark” I Would’ve respected that and left and not have my time wasted. I could got the tint removed and then returned. The thing that bothers me the most Akbar refused to take accountability for his greed to receive the $90. The money is not the issue. Akbar EXCUSE was “well I don’t know what percentage the tint is”. I then told him. Had you not been so eager for the payment and came with me to look at my car or at least where I had it parked and at least mentioned the tint might be too dark. I would’ve left and returned later. Now my situation has ballooned into another issue. In the end All I asked Akbar to do was take responsibility for being shady. After the inspection failed now Akbar wants to explain to me about the window tint. I don’t need a lesson on that. As a business man. I wished he would hav had more human decency and integrity and not took my money and wasted my time. An auto shop with that type of behavior or motives can’t be trusted. People work hard for the little money they have. There is no telling how many people this shop has took advantage of. I don’t recommend anyone to use this location for ANY car maintenance!

Israel did my Maryland State Inspection. I was very pleased with the service. He was professional, polite and kind . I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone that wants to come in. I will be returning for my car repairs.

The only thing i did not like is that they told you 1 price over the phone and charge you more when you are there, even with taxes shouldnt have reached that price besides that everything fine ✌️

This place is great. I was able to walk in for an inspection without an appointment. Unfortunately, my car initially failed, as my window tinting is apparently illegally dark in Maryland. However, they were able to remove the tinting for me right there on the spot. I did some googling, and what they charged me for that service seems to be significantly lower than the average. They were quick and professional, and they got the job done well. Great pricing, great service. Thanks guys!

This was literally the easiest car experience I’ve ever had. The gentleman there were very kind, and quickly worked on my vehicle. I would highly suggest anyone show up here if they want someone to just do the job and tell them how much it cost without the extra nonsense. ❤️

Took my 2004 Toyota sequoia to Liberty to replace my axle, when I got it back was making a clonking sound, after several attempts I took it to Zam Zam auto on Liberty Road. And they were able to have my truck running great! I recommend these guys to anyone with an older or new vehicle, very honest and reasonable price too.
