These guys here are professionals at what they do! Excellent customer service, straightforward and they are patient with you. They work with you to assess any repairs or maintenance your car needs, and the best part is they stick to their quotes, which is a biggie for me, fair pricing! Thanks so much Carmen for helping me file my claim directly with my insurance company and Marco & team of A1 mechanics. They did a great paint job, took off scratches and dents from my car, and fixed a grinding/clanking noise in the wheels. I will definitely return when my car needs more service.

Zambrand is my family mechanic they do the best job in the area it’s the only place where I can go and be at peace that my car is in good hands they do the job right the 1st time every time they never throws in extra unnecessary work they are honest which is one of my concerns as a woman I always feel taken advantage of, at Zambrands you will never have that feeling you will leave happy and no need to come back again to complain about a crappy job always amazing service there , a real Sunset park gem.

All around great car body shop, owner super costumer service oriented, have had my car serviced by this shop for years service is quick and reliable. Prices are very reasonable have had several of the mechanics work on my car and it’s been the same across the board.

I have been leasing cars for over 25 years and anytime I needed collision repairs I would use a GEICO authorized shop. Geico has adjustors that work out of selected shops. I was always concerned that I would have issues with Acura if I returned a lease and the car wasn’t repaired Properly. Unfortunately living in Brooklyn these incidents happen more than I would like. Recently when I was leaving for work, I noticed my 2022 Acura had its bumper ripped off, damage to the fender, door and rim. I called Geico to have the car repaired at their local authorized shop and was given an appointment ten days from the incident. I did not want to leave my damaged car on the street. My neighbor referred me to Zambrand auto, Marco instructed me to bring the car to the shop the next morning and he will wait for the Geico Adjustor to inspect the vehicle. I dropped off the car and immediately looked around to see what I was getting myself into. My neighbor recommended the place, but I had to make sure this is the place I wanted to have my car repair. From the outside the shop was very large, the mechanic bays where set up like a car dealership service area. Multiple car lifts, each station was clean and organized. Towards the back of the shop, they had a state of the art spray booth. Still Uncertain, I then met Marco the owner, he introduced himself and went into detail of the insurance process, the repair process, and the time it will take to complete the vehicle. Growing up in an auto body shop I understood what this job needed. This wasn’t just about replacing the damaged parts. There were two areas near the fender and door that needed repair which worried me. Marco assured me he will repair the car like new and asked if I needed transportation home. Geico inspected the car and Marco and the staff of Zambrand, repaired the car to my expectations. The car has 2000 miles and I expected to get a new car back. The car looked like it just came out of the dealership showroom. I hope I don’t need Collision repairs in the future, but I will be going to Zambrand for my leased required mechanical services. (oil change, inspection,) Thank you

I live close by and was looking for a place to have my car inspected. I hadn't known anything about Zambrand, but I took a chance because of the positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. What I appreciated most was Marco's friendly and clear communication. Going to most car repair shops can be a little alienating. I didn't feel that way here. In addition, they were ready to receive me at the appointment time we had made, and the work was thorough and done promptly. Thank you so much!

I've been a customer for many years. I've gone to a good number of shops in the NYC area and Zambrand is and continues to be the best by far. Marco, the owner, is a great example of what customer-service should be, which is a unicorn these days in the auto-repair industry.

Last week i backed into a pole and popped out my rear bumper and it also cracked my paint, i took it to zambrand and they popped my bumper back in and also painted my bumper, they did a great job with the paint job it matched the rest of the car, you cant tell the difference.

WOW! I have been going to this mechanic shop for more than 8 years. The staff is always so helpful. The owner of the shop is willing to help whenever he can. At this point, the shop and its staff have become extended family. The flexibility of the shops hours really help. I drop my car off early in the morning and by the time I get off work my car is always ready. I have never had to return to the shop for any issue they have fixed. I highly recommend this shop for all of your car needs. I will never go to any other shop for any car repairs. They're the best!

Zambrand is great. I've been bringing my car there for about 5 years for inspection and if there are any issues. After about the second time they remembered my name. Totally personal service. Marco is always clear on what he needs to happen and what could be delayed. Very fair pricing.

The repair shop I used for twenty five was fantastic but they retired and I had to go through 3 other shops before I found this one. I've been with them for 2 years now. They are honest, reliable, knowledgeable, well equipped, and have given me excellent service and there haven't been any problems with the repairs they have done. I'm a carpenter and they have kept my tired old van running and getting me to my jobs. Couldn't be happier.
