Imagine my surprise when I went out to my garage to drive my brand new car to the store and realized I had run over a massive construction staple and wrecked one of my tires. Thankfully I found Zavala's Mobile Tire Service! I reached out to them and they were at my house (on a Saturday night no less) to replace my tire within 1.5 hours. My new tire is perfect and I'm back on the road!

I had a blowout on the 17 and pulled off at an exit. Googled a tire repair and these guys replaced my tire and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Much appreciated. Very helpful.

I had used these guys in February for a semi tire patch. It was only $206 that day and I gave the guy a $60 tip now barely 6 months later I called them again for another semi tire. It was the drive tire this time on the phone asked for we sent her the picture and she immediately said that it was able to be patched. She tells me it’s gonna be $252 as you can see the prices went up about $50 since February OK whatever I just wanted my husband to get his tire fixed. When the guy got there, he said that the tire can’t be fixed because the piece of metal that got into it and said that we needed a new tire. The person on the phone, the girl that I spoke to, apparently is the wife That owns this Tire business. Remember at this point in time I had already paid them $252. She told me that she would refund the $79 back for the patch service since we didn’t do the patch service. Said that the new tire with balance installation and travel fee would be $689 Plus tax, which came out to $743 at first I was confused because I was wondering why she wasn’t taking the $252 from that price. She was not clear about charging a second service fee so the first service fee when he first came was $150 Common sense would’ve been to bring Tire with you just in case but they do that on purpose so that they can charge you another $150 to run five minutes away. So altogether it was $300 just for him to drive a few miles to get there and to go get the tire! Which is freaking crazy!!!! We were returning customers we do this run five days a week we would’ve called them every single time that we needed a tire they 💯 percent ripped us off yesterday! $1000 for a freaking tire are you kidding me! When we know damn well that you got that tire at that warehouse for probably $200-$250! How are you doing this to people when you know that they’re in a bad situation like that! And your guy was ready to take the tire off our truck because you and me were still figuring out the damn bill!? Do not call this business! There are plenty of other businesses out there that do the same work! The fact that they charged $300 for the travel fee has still got me boiling even 24 hours later! We literally drove all the way to Phoenix round-trip 12 hours for nothing because our entire profit for the day went to Zavalas tire service!!!!! Then they don’t even know how to run their business. They’re getting free invoices off the Internet when I asked for an invoice. And then she’s using a system that doesn’t properly show the prices. She just puts her numbers in. I had to ask for a breakdown, she just gave the price!!!! They’re collecting tax and probably not paying it to the state!!!! Do not use this business!!! We were traveling in our Motorhome and ended up on the side of the road with a shredded tire on a Sunday afternoon in Glendale close to a busy intersection. Left a voicemail at Zavala's and they texted back within 5 minutes. We had a technician there within an hour and he had the tire changed and us on the road with 30 minutes. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

So my car caught a flat I called Zavala’s Mobile Tire service I scheduled an appointment they came out the following with a brand new tire that I couldn’t find anywhere else the tech that came to change my tire was really professional and super helpful helped me identify the cause of the blow out and also helped me fix it thank you so much to this company once again

Our tire blew out. They changed the tire and switched out the rim. Took them 30 minutes to arrive and 10 minutes to change tire. Charged us a reasonable rate and we are happy

Was heading home from a night shift of 11pm to 7am. Hit something in the road and blew two tires. Searched everyone on Google and had no luck as it was a Sunday. Got ahold of Enrique who helped me set up a financing to have all for tires replaced. Only paid 50 down. This company saved a single mom trying to get back to her toddler before babysitter left. Wow! I can’t thank Zavala’s enough for saving the day for me and my family. We were on a tight schedule and a flat tire was not on the list of things to do today. I called Zavala’s and they came out and repaired the tire on location. They were so fast in their reply’s and the service was exceptional! I wish there were companies like this all over the country. Called 15 different Phoenix tire roadside services when I had a blowout at 7:15 pm leaving me stranded on the highway. They answered promptly and handled business QUICK! And professional! From the first contact, to the assistant processing payment, to the two technicians where were there with supplies in under 40 minutes. They were FAST!

Have used their services twice now. Response time is impeccable! Enrique, responds by text messages impressively quickly. Both times I have had to call for service, tech showed up to the location within 30 min or so! Tech worked quick as well! Hands down, a good company providing top notch service!

I am so grateful for Zavala's Tire Service. I didn't know what to do when my tire popped. I had no spare or donut and all the shops were closed. I also JUST had my car fixed 3 days prior so financially I was strapped. Their financing made it possible for me to purchase 2 new tires. Professional, fast, friendly and prompt. Outstanding service! My son had a flat tire at baseball practice and Zavala’s was there within 30 minutes and changed the tire before he even got done with practice. They were able to take care of everything with me over the phone and everyone I spoke to was very polite and professional.

Replaced my tire with a damaged tire leaving me right back at square one. Then was told my rim was damaged. All while managing to scratch my rim. Took it to a different shop and had the problem fixed with zero issues. Highly wouldn’t recommend.

So... I checked there negative reviews before writing this post. And I will say they deserve "6"🌟 1-Who will come out 24/7 include Midnights. 2-Tire price vary by brand and sizes ( Should thank them if they even got your Size) 3- imagine calling Locksmith at night and see what they'll charge. 4-Plug from inside start to finish took only 30min 5-Saving you from damaging your Rim if you still got Air in them...( Make sure jack it up before comp flat) If you damage the Rim expect whole lot more to get back on road. 6-Don't be cheap calling around trying saving $20, your time is probably worth more. There's a lot more I can say but at last, if you can't appreciate them, you should study Automotive basics. If they aren't there you'll be calling AAA and paying a lot ( of course unless you're a member...) Or... Towing Leave over night? Good luck and wish you're in good neighborhood. The team at Zavala's Mobile Tire are incredible! We had a flat tire incident on the side of the highway last week, we made the call and in no time they were at the site. They brought the right size tire, changed the tire immediately and in less than hour, we were back on the road. They are courteous, price is reasonable, and service is super prompt. The customer service is second to none. Best mobile tire service in the valley!!

Tire picked up a big screw on the way to pick up my spouse at the airport and while I had my 4year old in the car…on a Sunday! Had no idea until was preparing to leave the cell phone parking lot and get him from the terminal…so that didn’t happen, I was down to the rim. I started searching online and got an immediate reply and quote from Zavala’s. I tried others but people weren’t picking up and/or I willing to go to the airport. Zavala’s not only agreed but rushed their crew over when they heard I had my son with me. They were super quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone stuck in a jam. Yes, you have to pay for travel, but I’d rather that then paying for a tow then again for mechanic. They were great! Really worth it to have someone who knows what they are doing and responds when you need it. Don’t waste your time and stress. Call them.

Zavala's came out very quickly and swapped out two tires for me at a cost only slightly above what it would've cost me had I had my car towed to a shop and purchased tires there. I was very impressed by the speed of the entire ordeal, and would recommend their service to anyone that finds themselves in a bind.

Zavala’s is incredible. Enrique is super helpful and his technicians are very helpful and her the job done quickly. I am new to Phoenix and when my tire blew out on the side of the road. These guys made it better and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Valley!
