I've been going here for my vehicle inspection for at least 10 years. We moved to the lower valley and I tried a place near our home. Let's just say, the next day I went back to Zenitram and had no problems whatsoever. I will continue with them as a very satisfied customer.

After being turned away by four other autoshops, I was recommended here by another mechanic on Fort Bliss. Had the following work performed: Engine mount replaced, brake pads and rotors, struts and shocks, thermostat, control arm, and engine belt. Took about 3 or 4 days to work on. Parts provided and installed with zero issue. High-quality work and price was phenomenal. Always support your local businesses. Highly recommend this place for any mechanical issues with your vehicle.

I had been taking my car here for YEARS, recently I went to have some work done on my cooling system. I took it back because it overheated. I told them my series of events, and later in the day, I called to get the status. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Acting as though I wasted their time. They said they did a pressure test and nothing was wrong with it. Picked up my vehicle. The next day I overheated again. The hose going into the engine had disconnected. When before, I had asked them to please check that out because all 3 hoses were loose. I called them various times, but no one answered or called back. Towed my vehicle to another mechanic, and the t-joint was shattered and plastic was broken and loose, plastic in the hose going in towards the engine. Disappointed isn't a strong enough word to describe how I feel. I would not recommend it to anyone. Their service has declined seriously in past several years and the owner seems like doesn't care. Update, the cooling system was littered with debris from the T-connect joint, the system was flushed, the thermostat was changed because it was stuck open due to debris. I am beyond upset. If they would've taken the time to listen to me maybe or they cared enough to pay attention to the details this would not have happened.

My favorite 2nd opinion guy! I get very skeptical with the first mechanic so I go with Zenitram auto mechanic and they showed me what happened, why, and what not to do next time. Prices are very reasonable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM OLD MALE PERSON IN OFFICE, HE NEEDS PR SKILLS, RUDE, AND TOWING SAME RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CASH ONLY AND VERY OVERPRICED, VERY POOR WORK. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THIS PERSON TOOK OVER BUT BACK IN 2014 THEY HAD GREAT PEOPLE RUNNING THAT BUSINESS. SAD NEVER AGAIN. I WISH THEY WOULD PUT 0 STARS ON REVIEWS CAUSE THAT'S WHAT I WOULD RATE THEM AT A BIG FAT 000000000.

I brought my wife's car in for a a/c diagnosis, I ask that they didn't replace anything and only diagnose,they refused service after 3 days of the car being there messing with the car, fortunately they didn't charge me a dime. Customer service is not the best but I think they are a honest company

Took my rotors to be turned late afternoon, I didn’t even call ahead. These guys were busy but still had them ready for me within a couple hours! Awesome customer service and quick turnaround. Will be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

Took the car for service as it was overheating. Told him about the reservoir. Replaced the reservoir, but didn’t do a diagnostic for the engine to check the thermostat. Didn’t even check the thermostat. Told him about it. Horrible service!! Dennis has no people or phone skills. My wife and I drove the car as him and his team said we would be okay to make it to Austin, but 1 hour of driving on the highway our car overheats and begins to leak. Some of these reviews are fake. I uploaded a picture to show you all the leak.I do not recommend this shop!!!!!

We have had the best service and care with Zenitram; they can fix anything and they do it all without making you feel inadequate or incompetent. I trust them implicitly with my car.
