Chuck was great! Great service from the whole team through the whole repair cycle. Simple process with the warranty coverage. I Hope to stay away from car repairs anytime soon but would recommend Zia Automotive Repair.

Update January 2025: We recently took in our Prius for some maintenance. They provided a thorough walkthrough with us before completing the work. The prices were fair and the car is running great now! Great service and reasonable price. Chuck took care of us and was very friendly and professional. We took our daughter’s college car in thinking we needed the full AC replaced but they were able to find the actual issue and fix it second day, costing us less than we were expecting. We also used our Costco membership for a discount and that also went smoothly. Highly recommend!

I wanna thank Chuck and all the guys at Zia Automotive for fixing my car in a timely manner. I went in because my car had a bad oil leak and at first they thought it was leaking in 3 different places, but it was just my rear main seal after they did a dye test. Saved me a ton of money. They also were able to top off my oil in my transmission which was two quarts low. They told me my car would be done by Friday and they kept there word. I will take my car back to them for any further repairs and I will recommend em to anyone. Everyone in that place were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They do awesome work on foreign cars. My car has no more leaks and runs great!!! It’s an honest repair shop. Ty guys for getting back on the road.

I mainly interacted with Chuck, but also spoke with multiple service members as the team tried to troubleshoot an elusive drivetrain issue for my wife’s vehicle. The service and professionalism were truly outstanding! It was clear that everyone involved cared about quality and went the extra mile to provide the best possible service. I recently had written a review but they must have deleted it. I had such an unpleasant experience with Zia automotive. The mechanic Jarret has no knowledge of vehicles, we took my car in due to a turbo leak where an oil tech shop put oil in my turbo. He then proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong with the “Oil hole”. When I explained to him that was not the issue, he drove my vehicle without permission back to the oil change shop. We then had it towed to a different mechanic who is easily able to diagnose the entire car, . He informed us due to that the other so called mechanic “Jarret” driving our car it was really surprising. Our engine didn’t blow. The only reason that he drove, our car is because he claimed I was hostile, because I simply informed him he wasn’t looking at the correct thing, after he asked what I was trying to “get out of the company” I then called him “extremely unprofessional” however I guess that was ground to try to destroy our car. That man should be fired and if you ever do go to Zia automotive DO NOT GO TO JARRET.

Had to replace a headlight assembly on my Tesla Model 3 and to save a lot of money we used an after-market part. Brenden at Zia was very helpful and responsive. Got the job done in an afternoon and was very well done. Reasonable, affordable cost as well. They will be my Go-To place for issues with the Tesla!

My car limped into the lot without an appointment, but very injured. Chuck was calm and kind, took it in unscheduled. The diagnosis was serious. They fixed it up within a day. Could not have been a better outcome to a stressful situation.

At present I can't give an opinion on the work of replacing my transmission as the thermostat went out while in Zia shop. The tranny was 5 grand,the thermostat is 1300 and I have been in the vehicle since repair of tranny about 100 miles. I will leave a f/u assement after I get to drive my 2017 colorado. I figured 3 stars are about what I can give at this time. Front office people are good. Mechanics are an unknown at this time.

Zia Automotive Repair is simply the best! Car engine blew over the weekend. Was able to get car towed and parked on side street, since they were closed. Called and talked to Joe, then came in on Monday to discuss repair/replacement options. Note, when I arrived his guys had already pushed my car into their fenced parking area from the side street. He worked with me all through the week and gave me the time I needed, as I contemplated fixing or junking, as my car sat. Joe really went above and beyond to take care of me and my car situation…very much appreciated!! Big props to Chuck as well for his help. Very professional, capable, and courteous guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them work any vehicle issues you may have!
