Earlier this week while traveling from Vegas to Colorado my turbo left me stranded on I15. Brent and Jeremy without hesitation took care of the problem within minutes allowing me to make my medical appointment on time. Zion Motors is the top of my list of repair shops!

We recently bought a 15-year-old F150 with some engine leaks and other problems. Brent and Kandie are honest and really nice people. Zion fixed the truck for us and didn’t try to upsale us for things we didn’t need done. We will be using them for all of our repairs.

My car died on a holiday weekend and I had to get it towed. First thing on Tuesday I had a call from Brent confirming the information and he assured me that they would get it figured out. Thankfully it was a simple battery replacement, but they kept me in the loop and my car is running great. I would highly recommend you take your car here.

This is an honest repair shop with a great service manager. We use this shop when we need repairs or general service when we are visiting the area. We wish Zion Motors was in Abilene, Texas, where we live. They recently repaired a broken axle for us. They have repaired brakes, A/C, changed the oil, replaced a brake light, etc. No complaints.

Brought in a cargo van we were looking at buying and wanted to get it inspected. Brent came right out and took it for a drive with us where the check engine light came on. He took it back to the shop and ran codes on it and did a complimentary inspection. Told us the van was bad and it wasn’t a good buy. Reinforced my belief: Don’t trust an auto salesman by face value. Do your own due diligence. Thanks to Zion Motors for helping us confirm our suspicions and avoid a bad sale.

We were on a road trip from Canada. 20 hours from home and started having issues with our F150. The Ford dealership was too booked to help us, and we came here. Although Zion was also booked up for a couple weeks, the man at the desk took time out of his busy day to pull it into the shop and give us his opinion. Got us back on the road! I brought my car in because the check engine light had come on. Upon picking my car up a few days later, they claimed they “couldn’t replicate the problem”. When asked if they had driven the car, they said no. Instead they serviced the AC without my permission charging me $330. At no point did they try to contact me to ask permission to perform this service. ETA: I mentioned the AC issue as a side effect that seemed directly related to the problem. When I turn on my AC, the check engine light turns on and then my AC blows hot. The exact same issue still exists in spite of the $330 AC service you provided. Servicing my AC did nothing because it wasn’t the problem. I knew that when I came in and communicated that when I came in. At no point did I ask for my AC to be serviced, I directly asked for the check engine light issue to be resolved. Which it was not. Hence why I refused to pay the bill. It’s a shame because I have recommended Zion Motors over and over and over again to so many people because I have had outstanding service in the past, multiple times. Not sure where that good service is at now.

Zion motors is the #1 auto shop in St. George!!! they replaced my transmission and when they came into complications they didn’t charge me extra. they had amazing customer service. I 110% recommend this place!!!

If I could I’d give no stars for this review. My experience was not worth my time or the money spent and I wish I could go into depth with it but it won’t allow a long review so in short I had my truck towed into their establishment only to be LIED TO AND THEM STEALING THINGS FROM MY VEHICLE AND MANIPULATED AND CHARGED SURPRISE FEES AFTER BEING TOLD I OWED THIS AMOUNT BUT WHEN I GOT THERE ITS A WHOLE NEW AMOUNT AND CHARGE A TOWING TAX ON TOP OF THE TOW FEE AND THEY SAY THEY ONLY CHARGE THAT ON VEHICLES BROUGHT IN FOR REPAIR BUT NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED ONLY DIAGNOSTIC BECAUSE THEIR DIAGNOSIS WAS ENOUGH TO BE QUESTIONABLE SO I HAD ANOTHER SHOP LOOK AT IT AND MY SUSPICION WAS CORRECT THEY CLAIMED I NEEDED 2 injectors when I only needed 1. And they quoted me an amount for 2 injectors that I paid the other shop for all 8 new ones. I’m sure Zion motors employees are very knowledgeable but in my experience I have no doubt are just as dishonest and I can not support such and will never go back. It makes me wonder when reading all reviews that there are positive ones and negative ones and I think to myself either the positive ones are manufactured by friends or family of employees or the persons leaving the reviews just didn’t have a clue or didn’t have valuable things they could steal or didn’t have excessive repairs needed. It’s quite questionable. But your choice if you choose this shop and their staff me personally will never go back. In response to your response my problem with your shop isn’t the fact that 1 or 2 injectors were or weren’t bad it’s that your diagnosis verses someone else’s is at question and they replaced all 8 under my orders because I’d rather replace all 8 at the price of your 2 and not have to come back again to have others replaced later and spend more money that I didn’t have. And it’s ok if you don’t agree with me I know your shop is dishonest and tech’s as well and as for the man I talked to on the phone he was very disrespectful and unprofessional telling me how he felt about me and my complaints and living situation and so on. And telling me I was a bad customer from the get go. If that was true why not just turn me away from the very beginning? I appreciate your response but I don’t believe you know what your talking about and or care to know where I’m coming from and I wished you knew all of why you won’t get my Business because of the unprofessional ability your employees have shown. Not that you care but I won’t be talked to that way and I’m sure you wouldn’t either.

My dad’s truck was towed here they told him 2 injectors were bad they claimed they wanted $3500 for two injectors and five thousand to do all eight and then we felt that was excessive we had it towed to a different shop where we were told it was one injector quoted us $3800 to do all eight! I would not recommend this company they stole a amplifier fuse and lead wire from the battery then tapped up the key fob as if it was broken and when informed about it they acted Suprised learning about these things that had happened in their shop they charged my dad $300 but then charged him an extra $25 saying they only charge that when a car is brought in for repairs but they didn’t do any service but did a diagnostic to his truck and he was still charged when my dad called and informing them of such they acted oblivious and proceeded to tell him he was a PROBLEM customer from the get go would pin point all his flaws! This shop’s doesn’t have very good customer service they are not HONEST people if you want someone to steal from you this is where to go!

Can't say enough good about these guys. I had an older Chevy pickup with some front end issues and had originally taken it to another repair shop. (Let's say it rhymes with 'Grummels'). They quoted me between $4,000-5,000 to do PART of the work Zion Motors did for under $1500, and that included Zion doing new rear brakes and an alignment. My vehicle is driving better than ever before, and I saved literally thousands by going here. Kandie the service writer is an absolute delight to deal with, as are all the techs/owner. Knowledgeable, friendly, and obviously fair/ honest pricing. I would use them again and again. A+++

The people are OUTSTANDING! Kande(sp?)and Brent are phenomenal. Brent went down several rabbit holes to solve my problem in a limited amount of time. At the end it was about 95%. What more can one ask on an '03 with 270,000+ miles on it? IF I lived in the area they would be my go-to for ALL things automobile. Thanks, guys.

These guys are very dishonest. I brought my car in for an oil change back in October of 2022 and asked them to check a couple other things as I am not knowledgeable about cars. They told me my timing belt needed to be replaced. They also told me all my rotors were warped and all my brake pads needed to be replaced within a month or two. As I could only afford to do one repair at a time I took my car to another shop to get a quote for replacing my timing belt. The other shop (which has a great reputation) quoted me 500 dollars cheaper than Zion motors. After that I got all the required parts to replace my rotors and brake pads and had a mechanic friend offer to replace them for me. When he went to replace them he found that my rotors were perfectly fine and not warped. He also found that break pads could last me another year or 2 before they would need to be replaced. I think this was very dishonest of zion motors and would be wary of them. I could have been saved the stress of such a large bill and fear of my breaks going out. I am a 20 year old female, so maybe that was part of it. I am very disappointed and I will never be coming here again.

Horrible customer service. Before taking our car there I called and was told I that they would be able to work on our car later that day. I followed up and they said in the morning and then I called later that day and was told it can’t be done for another 5 days that they are to backed up. I would have found another shop instead of wasting a day and a half. They can do better.

Life was good, I went to work, went to lunch, drove back to my parking space and tried to shift to park so I could take out my keys and go back in. Oh my heck, the whole button thing on my gear shift just crumbled out of it's little space, and I'm left with my foot on the brake in neutral and my key stuck in the ignition!!!! (Now to be 100% honest, part of it fell out a year ago but everything still worked.) I called the lady I worked with to say I had to go to a shop so I could turn off my car and I'd be back as soon as I figured it out. I could shift from neutral to all the forward gears and back, but reverse and park we're out of the question. I pulled into a shop on south bluff, found a "flat" spot so my car wouldn't roll while I ran in. I explained my problem and he just looked at me and said, "we'll have to tear down the whole console so we can get put the key....and I can't get to that until probly Monday". I was astounded that he couldn't see the problem with that. In the meantime my car is stuck-- running in his parking lot. I told him that wouldn't work and I'd figure out a way to move my car. I remembered that my parents loved the folks at Zion Motors, but I wasn't sure how that would go either. - So in the meantime this "almost 70 year old" woman is out in the 1st guy's parking lot with car in neutral pushing her car up a little hill and trying to get the car to turn toward Bluff Street. Thank the angels for their strength because the proprietor was no where to be found. (And the angels were!) I finally got it headed toward the road.. Zion was just a couple of blocks away. I was lucky, there was a spot for me to pull downhill into...so I could also pull back out when the time came. I called in the store and told them my problem and where I was parked. A young man named Camren (oh I hope that's right) came out and moved a little lever in the hole and the shift worked!!! I couldn't hold back the tears. Not only relief but gratitude for decency and honesty. I'm sure the other guy would have charged me an arm and a leg to tear my car apart. Camren showed me a screw that releases the whole thing so it can be replaced for a very minimal cost. He expected nothing in return - was just happy to help! Though I'm sure there are others out there, I'm so grateful for honest mechanics, and businesses that teach and expect their employees to be so!!! Thank you Zion Motor

My son's 2003 Honda was making a terrible noise for approximately 20 mins. when started on cold mornings. 3 very good mechanics suggested causes, but none were correct. One of the stumped mechanics suggested I take it to Zion Motors. One of Brent's mechanics listened for 10 seconds, pointed to 2 hoses and an o-ring on the power steering pump, said that's the problem. I was suspicious, but had been told that Brent and his people were not only very good, but totally honest. While repairing the problem, they also identified motor mounts and a control arm that need to be replaced. These 2 problems had been previously identified by another shop. They repaired these problems for less than previous estimates. I am now a forever customer. Additionally, my son's neighbors are also very happy because he goes to work at 4:30am.

We had a fire truck break down over the weekend they went above and beyond to get us back up and service. Great work if we break down in southern utah again we will definitely use them again.
