Fast friendly service and great with custom wheels. Aaron came out same day to repair a nail in my new tires. I was concerned with damage to some expensive wheels and they were able to unmount, patch, balance and remount within 30 minutes all without damage. Will definitely be having them come back for future cars.

This is an amazingly convenient service. They come to you! Whether you have a flat and want to avoid having to tow to your tire shop, or you’re just ready to swap wheels and or tires, just reach out and have them come to you at your convenience. Love my local tire shop, but you can’t beat the convenience of having them come to you - at the same or better price!

I needed to change a tire on a Volkswagen Jetta. Because the tire was no longer in production, it was hard to find. Here they helped me find it in one day (unlike other services, where they offered to put on a completely different tire), they arrived at the appointed time and quickly replaced it. This was a great experience! Ernest is just an incredible person and definitely a great asset to your company. He is very positive and has a great work ethic. In these times, it’s definitely hard to find someone that is genuinely happy with their job and their employer. He is absolutely both and not shy about letting you know that. He arrived earlier than the time he had texted to me and went right to work. He completed our tire replacement in a timely matter. My Wife and I are both very pleased. ZipTire is very professional and they are true experts in the field of tire and wheel work. The convenience of having them come to my house to mount and balance tires saves me the headache of loading tires/wheels into SUV, or risk of bringing my prized vehicle to a shop to have them jack it up. I have a sports car that I track often on circuits and frequently swap street for track tires. ZipTire makes this time consuming critical step much easier the week before a track event, when I’m busy with other preparations. They also price match on track tires I use.

What a cool experience! They show up at your house, change your tires, balance them with high-tech F1 gear, and are done in an hour. I shopped around a bit and found them to be absolutely comparably priced as well. Highly recommend!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Got a flat on our way to work one morning on my Prius Plug in Hybrid that does not come with a spare tire or jack. Only comes with temporary tire inflation kit which I dont care for or know how to use. I happen to pull over across the street from Ziptire Mobile Tires on San Fernando Road. As soon as they opened, Ernest came over and drove his service van to us right away, even though just across the street :) Unfortunately, my tire is not repairable due to inner tire was completely worn that the inner part of the tire thread was exposed. Therefore I needed new a tire. Furthermore we discovered that the two other tires on my car was also extremely worn and also needs replacing. But they did not have our size tires available. and to top it off, we needed to go into work. So the Owner, Aaron, walked across the street right away got on his phone and showed me the different brands of tires he can order and get right away. In the meantime, Ernest gave us a ride so we can get to work, which I'm sure its not part of their normal service. Later early that afternoon, Aaron called me to let me know tires are installed and ready. I said cool! and will be there around 4:30 pm. Once I got there. The gates and business was closed. But in front of my car on the street is Ernest sitting in his car waiting for me. I come to realize they closed at 4 pm. The owner, Aaron did not tell me that, I guess because he did not want to rush me which was really nice of him. I then asked Ernest on how do I pay. he got on the phone with Aaron. Moment later, he gave me my keys and said I'm good for now and will just email me an invoice and pay online. I was surprised with a look on my face like "wait, what?" You are giving me my car without paying yet? Ernest said its all good, we trust you. I was like Wow! I'm sure we've all gone through issues on our way to work or somewhere and have gotten into car issues and know how stressful it can be. Just glad we ended up in front of Ziptire. Aaron and Ernest were great and very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend contacting them if you ever get a flat and unable to fix it, as they will come to you. Thank you again guys!

Rob with dispatch/sales was fantastic at providing answers in relation to availability of the tech and tires that we needed. Communication about the when, where, and what was great. What was said would be done was done. Ernest the tech was great as well. Arrived early which was appreciated as we were on a time crunch to get on the road. He was professional and punctual. He got the job done so we could get back on the road. Overall very satisfied with the service, product selection, and professionalism of Zip Tire. Highly recommend for mobile tire installers in the Hollywood area.

Great experience all-around. Will use again, no question. I bought two tires through Simple Tire and scheduled installation with ZipTire. They had the tires and offered to install them a full two days before the original appointment. Something I really appreciated because my tires were toast. The technician arrived on time and in less than 30 minutes had me back on the road. Compare that to going to a tire shop where you either have to leave your car for half the day or you can wait for HOURS. For the little extra it costs for mobile installation it is well worth it when you consider the valuable time you save. Would recommend.

They were the best, I told them I needed 4 tires inorder to move my car. They pre charged me and once they got there they only needed to use 2 tires and refunded me back for 2 of the 4 tires. I was not there so they did not have to be honest. ❤️❤️

With really old tires, I went online to start the dreaded search for tire sales and shops in/near DTLA. My Google search popped up ZipTire’s video. I picked a couple tire brands I recognized and submitted a quote request and within an hour received a text. Very communicative via text and within 2 days I had an appointment. We got lucky with finding street parking (they need a 10 foot clearance if your car is in an underground garage). My service guy was Angel who explained everything he was going to do. He was done replacing all four tires in less than an hour while I was able to continue with my work day from home. You can’t beat the price for this service - tire prices are extremely competitive and they take away your old tires. I highly recommend them!!

This place is a scam. They told me I have warranty on the tires then when I needed to use my warranty they denied it and didn’t fix it and tried to sell me another tire. Stay away! These people are shady!

Jake and his crew are fantastic! Great communications, easy to work with, they showed up on time and really friendly! No need to sit at a tire shop for hours when Jake or his guys can come to your home or office to fix or install new tires in 30 mins or less. If you have a wheel issue, they can help with that too! Super convenient service, excellent communication, competitive prices. I had a flat tire on a Tesla Model Y, and was able to get a tire replacement by next business day. I called 5 tire shops, and they gave me outrageous quotes, told me the tires I had were out of stock, or didn't have a mobile tire change service. Ziptire on the other hand found the tires I was looking for; diagnosed the problem over the phone with photos I sent them, and didn't try to upsell me on replacing all four wheels. Most of our communication was over text. The technician was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.

These guys do quality work. The tech Allan Mounted balanced and set up my tpms on my new wheels. No scratches. Took about an houre. He even hand torque the lugs. Ive had bad experience with a couple local shops before where they scratched my brand new wheel as there being mounted. You whant top quality work that comes to you, give these guys a call you whont regret it. Or you can take you're chance with these shops that even when they mess up whont own up to it.
