Called to get all 4 tires replaced. Ordered tires online but needed somewhere affordable to put them on. Called Zohr and got an appointment set the same day. Jonathan was our service tech. He was on time, super respectful and completed the job way faster than I expected. This was a 5 star experience and I will be using Zohr anytime I have service needs.

From the time Joey texted me to push my saved order through, until the next morning Jonny showed up to change my tires - i was pleased. I wasc having issues with affirm app going thru and Joey got it figured out. I needed the job done before i had to be at work and Jonny came at 9 - finished by 10!! He was very informative and really nice and friendly. I love Zohr Inc and if I ever am in desperate need i know exactly who to call!!!

These guys were awesome!! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size tires and they were super helpful and accommodating in getting the correct tires and resetting the appointment. They were on time; friendly; great technicians. I would highly recommend this service. And the pricing saved me several hundred dollars from a dealer price.

Huge snow storm came through KC leaving no other options to have my tires changed out at my house due to an unfortunate steep driveway and 2ft piles of plowed snow on my street. Zohr was able to accommodate and do the full service across the street in our local Hy-Vee parking lot! I was able to hangout on my lunch break and send a few emails in the restaurant area of our grocery store while the service was performed. My truck needed new tires bad, and they made it happen ahead of schedule right after SNOWMAGEDDON! Thank you from a long time and future customer!

So just to get it out there, this is more expensive than going to a "traditional" shop, but not by a ton. Here's why it's so great: I called these folks at about 3PM on a Sunday on a holiday week. I live pretty far out on the edge of town on the Kansas side. They had someone at my house 15 hours later and had 2 bad tires replaced within 30 minutes, and did a great job and saved me from missing even 1 day of work. If you have time to take off wheels that have already flat tires, find somewhere with an appointment and somewhat uncommon tire sizes in stock, or time to wait and deal with internet shopping and shipping or days to get in to be seen, you can save money. If you don't have time for that kind of stuff or other friends or family with endless free time, which I don't, Zohr is amazing! The guy I spoke to on the phone, and Jonny the tech that came to my house were efficient and friendly. I would absolutely use this service again, and highly recommend it.

Zohr Mobile Tire Repair was a pleasure to work with! Fast, friendly, and a very reasonable price. They arrived exactly when they said they would. I had a new tire on the car in about 20 minutes. Amazing. They even checked and filled the air on all the tires! I am very happy with their personnel and service.

Didn’t realize I’d be overwriting my initial review with this one - but bottom line I recommend Zohr!) Jonny has done my snow tire swap multiple times and he’s always been so great. Friendly, efficient, and helpful - and makes sure I understand what’s needed. I really appreciate him. Also the appointment process online is efficient and easy. I’m forever grateful to my neighbor who recommended Zohr.

Scheduling is easy. Jeremy was professional, kind and honest. My time was not wasted and my tire was repaired and reinstalled in about 45 minutes. Pricing was exactly what I was told. I got to wait in my own home! Zohr is a great service.

VIST 01 The team was about an hour late due to a truck breakdown however they kept me up to date and were friendly and informative when they arrived. The wheel swap took about 20 minutes. All in all a smooth experience. VISIT 02 Technician was super-fast in getting to the house. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Couldn’t be happier! VISIT 03 Tech arrived within the two hour window I was given. He was - like last time - quick, knowledgable, and friendly. All in all it was a smooth and painless process! VISIT 04: Quick, friendly and helpful like always… so much better than having to motor somewhere for a simple, seasonal wheel swap.

Zohr is super convenient, quick, great value, and transparent! I compared the service costs and other shops and Zohr was definitely more affordable and they come to you! Jonny was the technician who came out to change my tires. I thought I needed new tires, but was told that the tread life on my tires are still in good condition. He found a screw in my tire which was causing the slow leak and was able to patch up my tire. Jonny was super nice and patched up my tire in less than 30 minutes. Saved me about $200 not having to replace my tire(s) after all! Will definitely continue to use Zohr for tire services.
