Last year 2023. Our vehicle was brought there for a new transmission transmission was put in there by another company that Z sent it to although they were paid for the job at Auto. The car was kept for months when we got it back drove it for a few days Transmission start messing up brought it back. They kept the car for a few months then we got it back again Rayn for a few days or a week same issues then they got the car back then we were being told to talk to whatever company they were sending the card to , those people not want to answer the phone kept the car for another few months so half of the year we was without that car got the car back drove it for some months and now it’s doing the same thing with the transmission I’m not understanding why you’ve been paid for a job And we don’t have the proper transmission in our vehicle. You guys are putting us in danger. Last week we called Z and he asked did we call them meaning the other Company to tell them about the problem. Why!!!!!! Should we have to deal with a third-party when we paid you to put a transmission in the vehicle? You should be correcting the problem.

La verdad muy mal lugar yo fui días atrás a qué me soldara un mofle y le quitó los dos catalizadores me cobró 180 y le dejé los catalizadores yo no sabía lo que valían pero creo que el si y aorA que fui a qué me pusiera catalizadores universales y el maniful me cobraba 500 dólar no garantizando me el trabajo no creo sea un buen lugar no lo recomiendo

Z’s Auto is an amazing place to get your vehicle fixed. I spoke with Fernando over the phone he gave me an affordable price and it didn't change. He was very professional and courteous. I needed a front arm suspension and cv joints. I got my vehicle to him late before they closed he told me it would be ready early the next morning and it was. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I've had my oil changed a few times at Z's and today I decided to let it go. I showed up for 2 days to get a oil changed and still had to go somewhere else. They are becoming lazy , unorganized, and unprofessional. I showed up at 7:45am and still had to wait for the worker to eat breakfast. Then he left.... Then I left ....
