The team at ZTF Automotive is always topnotch, very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly efficient! My only wish is that they would open a new location in the North Bay, somewhere closer to SF. A guy can dream… maybe one day! 😊

I found ZTF on the HRE (wheels) website, as their local dealer and installer. I purchased the wheels from ZTF and they installed them for me. The experience, with Jamil, and Satoru (HRE), was top notch, from ordering to install. I waited there in their giant shared waiting room, also 1st class. Apparently one of their primary services is Audi service and modifications, but I just got the wheels. They cleaned the wheels and shined the tires. They also sent my "old" wheels up to their Fremont shop, closer to my house.

Again always a beyond wonderful experience at 034! Came in for some maintenance and left with some great insight on what needs to be worked on next. Jamil is always informative with photos provided by the techs which gives confidence in their attention to detail. Being an Audi & VW owner can be stressful trying to find a shop that correctly works on you vehicle. I’m comfortable being a repeat customer here. San Jose and Fremont locations consistently give great service!

I made an inquiry to install coilovers and "refresh" my suspension by replacing mounts, bushings, etc. Jamil (service advisor) is the only person (out of 10 other shops I messaged) that actually read the entirety of my email and suggested additional parts to be installed (that were actually helpful and not useless upsells). While I didn't end up getting work done with ZTF, I absolutely will in the future or recommend them to friends solely because Jamil was incredibly helpful.

Jamil was great. They used the parts I took and didnt try to sell theirs. Gave good feedback for servicing the car. Worked well for me. I took my Audi A3.

Over the years I have had nothing but the best experiences in working with the folks at 034 Motorsport and ZTF Automotive. We have had several Audis that we've brought to them, most recently my S6 and 2003 RS6, and the service is always personable, thorough, and honest. I trust their work 100%. If you are in the SF Peninsula region, there is no better place to take your Audi.

Super helpful shop. I have not gotten service there but I called when doing my own install on parts and they gave me wonderful and helpful advice. If I was in CA I would use them whenever I need!

Great experience at ZTF, dropped my car off around 9am. Decided to stick around until car was finished. Was able to wait comfortably in the guest lobby wifi was available, fresh water and i believe coffee.

Excellent customer service over at ZTF in San Jose. Jamil was very communicative with parts in stock, parts that needed to be ordered, and availability to work on it. Presented a quote in a timely manner. Dropped my car off Wednesday evening and told him to take their time as this wasn’t my primary vehicle. Turnaround blew my expectation! If you’re thinking about going for more power, you won’t be disappointed! Got everything to run stage 2+ E40, but currently running the 91 file for now. Big difference from their stage 1 intake tune. The SQ5 is fun to drive just hearing that supercharger whine! Definitely hit these guys up in Santa Jose or Fremont for your Audi/VW needs!

Friendly, thorough, and competent. Very good communication and documentation. I had a small issue that cropped up after they did some repairs, and they had me bring the car back and sorted it out without any fuss. Will bring my car back to them.
